A: Our products are carefully selected to ensure they hold high artistic value and craftsmanship. We focus on the production techniques, material sustainability, the stories behind the artisans, and maintain long-term partnerships with the creators to offer high-quality, original handcrafted items.

A: We place great importance on sustainability and environmental responsibility. We choose handmade products that utilize renewable, biodegradable, or natural materials whenever possible, and encourage artisans to use traditional, eco-friendly techniques. We are also continually optimizing our packaging to reduce the use of plastic and other harmful materials.

2. About Orders & Payment

A: We accept major international payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other region-specific payment methods.

A: If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request to cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

A: Once an order is placed, it typically enters the processing phase and cannot be modified. If you need to update your order information (such as address or contact details), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to make adjustments.

3. About Shipping & Delivery

A: Since our products are handcrafted and require careful packaging, if the product is in stock, we typically ship within 3-5 business days. Customized products may take longer, and the specific production time will be noted on the product page.

A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the logistics website.

A: Customs duty policies vary by country/region, and the buyer may be required to pay applicable import taxes or customs duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend checking the relevant regulations in your country before purchasing.

4. About Returns & Refunds

A:For customized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences. For non-handmade or non-custom products, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

A: If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package.
If there is a quality issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
