Shipping
Since our products are handcrafted and require careful packaging, if the product is in stock, we typically ship within 3-5 business days. Customized products may take longer, and the specific production time will be noted on the product page.
Return Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, customized products are unique and we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference reasons. However, if you receive a product with significant damage or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a reasonable solution.
For non-handmade or non-custom products, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@artirova.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. You can contact us anytime at support@artirova.com for any return-related questions.
Damages and issues
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photos of the damage. We will arrange for compensation or a replacement solution.
If there is a quality issue with the product, please contact us within7 days of receiving it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
